Linenvale Logistics provides catalogue support services to assist sellers with product listing setup and maintenance under the seller’s own Amazon account and authorization.

We do not own, control, or independently manage seller accounts. All catalogue-related actions are performed strictly at the request of, and with permission from, the seller.

We assist sellers with ASIN creation and offer setup to support accurate product representation on Amazon marketplaces.

This may include:

• Supporting new ASIN setup where required
• Assisting with offer creation on existing ASINs
• Reviewing listing data for alignment with Amazon catalogue and IDQ requirements

All actions are carried out under seller authorization and within Amazon catalogue policies.

 At the request of our clients, we assist with catalogue corrections and listing updates, including:

• Product attribute updates
• Title and bullet point revisions
• Image updates provided by the seller
• Resolution of catalogue data issues

All updates are reviewed for policy compliance and implemented only with seller approval.

 For brand-registered sellers, we provide listing support services under the client’s Brand Registry account with explicit authorization.

Our role is limited to assisting with compliant listing setup and maintenance while supporting brand protection and long-term catalogue health in line with Amazon brand guidelines.

We follow documented internal procedures aligned with Amazon catalogue policies.

Our focus includes:

• Maintaining IDQ and CDQ V2 standards
• Reducing listing errors and suppressions
• Supporting long-term catalogue stability and operational accuracy
   

 Linenvale Logistics applies structured operational and data-handling procedures to protect client information.

• Access to operational data is restricted to authorized personnel
• Seller data is used solely for service delivery purposes
• We do not sell, misuse, or share seller data outside agreed service requirements
   

Our practices align with applicable data protection regulations and Amazon Data Protection Policy requirements.

Linenvale Logistics operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Amazon.

All services, including catalogue and listing support, are provided only with seller authorization. We do not access Seller Central accounts without explicit permission from the seller.
