Linenvale Logistics collects and processes only the minimum data required to deliver agreed services.

Access to operational and client data is restricted to authorized personnel only and is used solely for service delivery purposes.

We do not sell, misuse, or share client or seller data outside agreed service requirements.

Linenvale Logistics maintains an incident response plan to address database breaches, unauthorized access, and data leaks.

1. Identification & Detection  

We monitor systems for unauthorized access, unusual activity, and security alerts.

2. Containment  

Affected systems are isolated immediately to prevent further exposure.

3. Assessment  

We assess the scope, data impacted, and root cause of the incident.

4. Notification  

Affected clients and relevant authorities are notified in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Amazon requirements.

5. Remediation  

Corrective actions are applied, including credential resets, access reviews, and security updates.

6. Prevention  

Security controls and procedures are reviewed and improved to prevent recurrence.

Linenvale Logistics does not access Seller Central accounts without explicit permission from the seller.

Any access to seller systems or operational data is granted by the seller and limited to the scope required to deliver agreed services.

Linenvale Logistics operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Amazon.

All services are provided directly to sellers and brands that retain full control of their Amazon accounts and data.
